identified within a building on site.
Creation of bat development licence
Reinstate the common pipistrelle bat roost within the existing cavity wall and roof
space of the building after works had been completed.
Utilise the roof space of a proposed bin store on site resulting in the reduced
cost of constructing a new building just for the bats.

unit to house 200 pipistrelles to enable works to continue with minimal delay.
